How We Work
Introducing our enjoyable, exciting and creative process
1) The first step
The first step is to either give us a call on 01827 280123 to make an appointment or visit us at our showroom on Hockley Road, Wilnecote, Tamworth. A free no obligation design and planning service is available. Our expert designers, considered by our customers to be the best in the area, have over 25 years combined experience, planning layouts which will achieve your dreams and ideas whilst working within current legislation. Our design team will oversee your project from concept to completion.
Consultation – The design process starts with a consultation to discuss your lifestyle, how you live and entertain as well as the style and character of your home and your budget. You may consider making a wish list, which will help you focus on the important features of your kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
Design – The design process is driven by a combination of flair and experience. Using up-to-date technology and professional articad giving the customer a professional 3D design image.
2) The second step
Quotation – Once our designer has completed the consultation and survey of your room, plans, 3D imagery and virtual reality pictures are prepared. You will be invited back into the showroom where everything will be shown and explained in detail to you. Our quotation will provide a clear indication of the full cost of your new room including fitting, plumbing, tiling, and electrical work if required. We also offer ‘supply only’ to customers who would like to arrange their own fitting.
3) The third step
Installation – We provide free delivery of your new furniture and appliances to site. Our skilled fitters are exceptional and they will ensure that the installation takes place with as little inconvenience as possible. Our gas installers are Gas Safe registered and our electricians are qualified to complete work and issue certificates in accordance with British Standards.
